Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Canada and the United States (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

All items are shown and sold in Canadian dollars and are subject to Ontario sales tax know as HST (13%)

US customers are responsible for import taxes, carrier fees, and customs declarations.

Shipping costs are based on size and quantity of your order and the price will be shown before the completion of your order.

Some orders qualify for free shipping if the cart minimum is reached. This does not apply to furniture pieces that are shipped through our white glove delivery service. You will still be required to pay any white glove delivery fees, or pick up the items in store.

Our furniture pieces ship locally through a white glove delivery service up to a 200 MI radius from the warehouse. If you are interested in a piece of furniture, but are outside the white glove delivery zones, you can email for a custom shipping quote.

Once you have completed your order someone from our team will contact you within 2 business days if the item is on backorder or delayed. If you have ordered several items you may receive separate shipping dates for different items ordered. Upon receiving your approximate shipment date, you have an addition 48 hours to cancel your order with no cancelation fees.

If your request for cancelation comes 48 hours after your approximate shipping date is sent to you there may be a 15% restocking free. Please see our Return Policy for more information regarding returns.

Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

If an item arrives damaged, you will need to contact us within 2 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or refund.
